Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping is processed through Deliverr, a certified Shopify partner. Orders will be sent 2-day and the shipping cost is included for all orders over $25, all orders under $25 there is a flat $5 shipping fee. Customers will receive tracking information via an automated system.
Free delivery:
Free delivery is offered on all orders over $25
*Orders that are placed Monday-Friday by 2:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day. All other orders are processed in the order they are received within 1-3 business days.

Please note:
-Our company’s’ “business days” are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding standard business holidays. For shipping carriers delivery hours of operation, please read below.
-The day your order is shipped and picked up by the shipping carrier is not considered a transit day but instead is the processing day for the shipment.
-The following business day from the day your order is shipped is considered to be the first transit day, which falls into the estimated/guaranteed time frame of your delivery.
Shipping carries used:
The appropriate shipping carrier and method are selected depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package. If you request a specific shipping carrier of your choice, you may incur additional fees.
For Example: FedEx Ground Service is an alternative shipping service to USPS. However, it is not an expedited shipping service. The estimated delivery is based on location.
Standard Shipping Time:
We offer free 2-day shipping from the time your order is shipped for all orders over $25, depending on location. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please click “View your order” within the email to track your shipment. After clicking “View your order”, there is an option to also click on the tracking number provided to access the most up-to-date shipping information.
Expedited Shipping Time:
Many Carriers Operate Monday–Friday.
*Orders placed on Thursday by 2:00 pm EST, can/may be scheduled for Saturday delivery in many service areas.
*Delivery Exceptions to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii is in 3 business days.
FedEx Standard Overnight: Operates Monday–Friday. (See Overnight shipping chart for expected delivery time)
FedEx Priority Overnight: Operates Monday–Friday. Saturday delivery is also available for an additional charge. (See Overnight shipping chart for expected delivery time)
Overnight shipping:
Overnight shipments are available at checkout for an additional cost and are shipped the same day if the order is placed by 2:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) Monday- Friday. When placing an order on Friday for Saturday delivery, please select FedEx Priority Overnight with Special Saturday delivery. Otherwise, your order will be delivered on the next business day.
Excludes weekends and holidays.

Same day delivery can happen based on geography, however, this is not guaranteed
Wholesale Standard Shipping Time:
Wholesale orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt of order. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please click “View your order” within the email to track your shipment. After clicking “View your order”, there is an option to also click on the tracking number provided to access the most up-to-date shipping information.
